Receive Post Comments Via Email

This is something I’d love to see on most technical blogs out there. Suppose someone posts on an interesting subject and a discussion ensues. Knowledgeable folks chime in and share their opinions and pitch ideas. I wish I could simply have the entire discussion thread emailed to me to have a “crib sheet” for reference.

For example, ever since I published an entry about my trouble with SourceSafe several people offered valuable suggestions. I figured someone may find it helpful to have a copy of the discussion.

From now on, whenever a post has comments, you can have them emailed to you. Just follow the link below comments.

Please note: I will not be collecting your emails, so rest assured you won’t hear from me or any “third parties.” I hate spammers as much as you do.

Having a blog, especially a hand-made one, is a great opportunity to experiment. Please let me know if you have any love/hate feelings for this “feature.”

Last but not least: comments are emailed in text format.
