As you might've noticed sometimes ASP.NET emits different markup for different browsers. This has been bugging me for some time now. Luckily, after a brief discussion in his blog, Scott Mitchell kindly wrote an article on this subject.

Which browsers should be considered "downlevel" (ASP.NET parlance) is till an open question...
